4 versions to download.  2 are mov files: the one titled #1 is better quality and a larger file, #2 is a smaller file but lesser quality.

The other two are mp4 files, which deliver a much better picture than a similarly-sized mov file.  #1 is larger and better-looking than #2.  The version you’re seeing on this webpage is the #1 mp4 file.

Any of these files are compatible for uploading to youtube, so I recommend either of the #1 versions.
