HELP! I CAN’T SEE UNCLE JAY!

Sorry about that. Look over this list showing the different ways the videos can be viewed. Find the method you’re using, and try that solution.

If none of the suggestions below help, you can always go to Uncle Jay’s Youtube or Facebook page, which has all of the same episodes posted:

 

• I clicked on “Click to Play” and the video didn’t even start:

Your computer may need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.  You can download it for free right here:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Also, if you’re using Internet Explorer 6, try upgrading to IE7 or IE8.  It’s free.

 

• The video started but then stopped after a few seconds:

Your online connection may be loading the video too slowly to keep up.  Try this: As soon as the video starts playing, pause it.  Wait about 30 seconds, and then resume playing.

 

• I clicked on the “wmv,” “mov” or “mp4″ button and the video started, but then stopped after a few seconds:

• I clicked on the “wmv,” “mov” or “mp4″ button and got nothing at all, or a screen full of jibberish:

Your browser may not support playing these types of video files.  Instead, try downloading it to your desktop (“Save target as …”) and then playing it from your desktop.
