Maybe the "wall and vacuum" idea could be marketed to Arizona, too????

As for Mel... loved his Mad Max series, but then the stuff his dad poured in his brain started to leak out... such a shame. the early movies were great fun!

Thanks Uncle Jay.

Glad to have you back.
That was entertaining,
Good point about the news people would only cover Lindsay Lohan. The picture of Mel in the Tiger Woods ad was LOL. Good one.

Hey Uncle Jay at least one person on this site feels you need to make amends for ur statements on the 4th of July. Your word for next week should be plasticity. Easily shaped or molded. For instance many people feel what u said was wrong. Well I don't and I think most minorities would not think so too. You do know we as Americans tend to exaggerate the greatness of our leaders. And then they try to undermine just how bad things were for certain individuals back then. They try to make it better by saying these people cared, and were greater then what they were. Sure they had amazing innovation and ideas but they just forgot a few people. They say Abe freed the slaves and he did, but with his own mouth admitted he felt he had to, this wasn't an act of compassion. He wouldn't have done it on his own. But we honor him as such. Or people make themselves feel better by saying the slaves were sold by other nations and tribes at war. This may be true but so what! Is that supposed to excuse what happen for nearly 400 hundred years? There is a lot of plastic going around, from the ads on TV to the media. No Amends for your statement Jay.

Thanks Uncle J,
Mel Gibson is acting like his character, Martin Riggs. Maybe that is why he could play him so well.

Hi Oncle J:
To hell with amends!! We need more Roman crosses (relax Mr. Polanski, we're not talking about you). Mel, however, might lend us a couple of his, after he's finished with them.
Sincerely,
Pontius Pilate.

Uncle Jay,
I am always disappointed when you take a week off. I need my WEEKLY Uncle Jay fix.
You really hit it out of the ballpark this issue. There are a lot of people who are lucky they didn't have to see the news last week. Lincoln, Mel's grandmother, BP's founder...
But now that you have explained it... all it right with the world. Have a great week, Uncle Jay.... and no more time off, Okay?
