Just as the mess in the Gulf gets a little better, the mess in the Mideast gets a lot worse. Plus, Al & Tipper Gore are breaking up! Who gets custody of the internet? Uncle Jay explains it all!

Your introduction says June 9, 2009 (not 2010) If that’s a joke, I am missing it. Help Uncle Jay!
Uncle Jay replies:
It was an error, but how cool that so many of you assumed it was some kind of subtle joke that was hard to figure out! It”s been corrected now.

I suspect Uncle Jay was a great kid.

Great to have you back Uncle Jay.

Welcome back, Uncle Jay. We’ve missed your daily take on the news and views. It’s refreshing and does not give the negative spin that we get from TV or radio commentators. Also love the pictures and other props used to make your points. Have a great week as you track down the best news items for next Monday.

Yay!!!! Uncle Jay is back in great form! Thank you, Uncle Jay!

Great as usual, and to have you back. What a void on Monday morning without you! “Gurgle” LOLOL – This word, along with “gargle,” morphed into English from the French “gargoler” – to gargle. And of course “gargoyles,” those monsters originally placed on the corners of medieval churches to direct rainwater through their open mouths, seem relevant somehow. Not sure how, but they do. xo

Hi Oncle J:
Welcome back, (et bon courage). Dynamite stuff, as usual…I’m very impressed by the “production” stuff you put together, and, of course, the dialogue and weird “Verdi” faces.
Sincerely,
The Clown

I agree wit Ried, the ONLY new source worth watching!

Hey UJ, Glad to see you’re back. I’m still trying to peg you into a left or right hole… but you keep me guessing. Guess I’ll keep sending you small infrequent amounts until the day you show up on FOX/MSNBC kissing Obama/Rush. That/That would be sorta gross. (really am glad you’re back) – James in Ga (you can most certainly erase this from the board)
